掺铁SrBi_2Nb_2O_9陶瓷的制备及频谱分析

摘要 详细介绍了传统的固相反应法制备xBiFeO3-(1-x)SrBi2Nb2O9(x=0、0.1)铁电陶瓷的工艺,并对其样品进行了频谱分析。结果表明,掺铁SrBi2Nb2O9陶瓷晶界处空间电荷较少,电学响应主要来源于晶粒的体效应。 The paper introduces the process of xBiFeO3-(1-x)SrBi2 Nb2 O9(x=0、0.1)ferroelectric ceramics synthesized by conventional solid state reaction and the frequency spectroscopy analysis to the samples.The results indicate that the space charges of Fe-doped SrBi2 Nb2 O9 ceramics at the grain boundaries reduce and the electrical response is dominated due to the grain.
