摘要
涡轮发电机是常见的井下供电电源之一,目前已成为诸多测井系统的井下主电源.建立了井下涡轮发电机中的机翼型涡轮的数值模拟模型,并对模拟的机翼型涡轮在转子旋转不同角度时所对应的定子压降、转子压降、总压降以及转子扭矩的变化规律进行了分析.仿真分析表明,转子的最优旋转角度范围为20°~160°;当转子旋转角度为90°时,转子的扭矩最小值为17.43N·m,可以满足工程实际需要.该设计对其他同类型的机翼型涡轮的机械设计具有参考价值和指导意义.
The turbine generator is one of the common supplying powers in the downhole.Currently it has become of the main underground powers in some logging systems.The text establishes a physical and mathematical model of a airfoil turbine,using fluent analyzing software conducts turbulent flow simulation.By Fluent analysis software,the numerical simulation analysis of a airfoil turbine shows that the optimal rotational angle of the rotor is at the scope of 200~1600when the rotational angle of the rotor is 900.The minimum value of the torque of the rotor is 17.43N.m,it can meeting the engineering requirements.The mechanical design can provide reference for similar types of turbines.
