中小城市农产品供应链体系研究——以长治市农产品市场为例

A Study of Complete Supply Chain of Farm Product in Small-medium Cities ——Agricultural products in Changzhi market as an example

目前我国中小城市的生鲜农产品市场经营没有形成一个较为完善的供应链体系,加上当地生活水平、消费习惯的一些因素,以至农产品在价格、品质、新鲜度、品种等方面达不到应有标准。文章对中小城市生鲜农产品市场供应链管理存在的问题进行分析,以促进其农产品流通的供应链体系构筑与完善。

Nowadays, the management of fresh farm products in small-medium cities is still far from perfect because of the lack of a sane system of supply chain. Confined to the local living level and consum-ing habits, these places still haven＆#39;t reached an expected standard for the prices , quality, freshness and vari-eties of their fresh produce. This paper offers an analysis of the managing mode and existing problems to help establish a perfect supply chain of logistics distribution.
