系统视角下的高新技术产业绩效影响因素研究——以广西为例

On the Acting Factors of Hi-tech Industry Performance from System Theory Perspective Taking Guangxi as an Example

运用通径分析法,从产业要素、产业结构、产业环境角度,研究了影响广西高新技术产业绩效的因素变量,结果表明各自变量对高新技术产业绩效的直接效应和间接效应差异较大。人均GDP与市场结构对高新技术产业影响的直接效应最为强烈;由于广西经济总体水平较低,资本市场不发达,从而使得融资环境对高新技术产业产值的直接效应相对较弱。R&D经费的间接效应最大,产业中R&D人员数占从业人数比重、市场结构以及科技从业人员的数量对广西高新技术产业成长也有不同程度的间接效应。

According to System Theory, industry performance is the interactive performance between industry environment and the system of hi-tech industry which consists of industry factors and industry structure. Industry performance is affected and restricted by industrial inputs, industrial structure and industrial. And hi-tech industry performance is affected mainly by the growth of output value. From the perspective of industry factors, industry structure and industrial environment, this paper studies on the acting factors of hi-tech industry performance of Guangxi with path analytical method. The empirical result shows that there are large differences between the direct effect and indirect effect of independent variables on dependent variable. Variables of GDP per capita and market structure have the greatest impact on the hi-tech industry, while the financing environment has the least, because the financing environment of Guangxi is at a low socioeconomic level with a less developed capital market. As far as indirect effect concerned, R＆D has the strongest; Proportion of scientists and engineers have lower one than R＆D, and the one of market structure has varying degrees. In the end of this paper, suggestions for promoting the hi-tech industry performance of Guangxi are made.
