The Spirit of University and the Personality Shaping

我国高等教育发展至今已经培养和造就了一大批年轻有为的栋梁之才,为社会主义现代化建设贡献了自己的力量。然而,随着时代发展,大学生的人格教育出现了一些问题和不足。在分析大学精神和人格,以及大学生人格塑造的缺失和成因的基础上,从大学精神这一角度阐释了其对人格塑造的推动作用,探讨了塑造大学生健全人格的方法和路径。

To the development of higher education in China has trained a large number of young talented people,who devote themselves to the construction of socialist modernization.However,with the development of the times,some problems and shortages of university students＇ personality education arise.The paper explains the function of university spirit on personality shaping based on the analysis of university spirit and university student＇s personality shaping as well as the causes for the shortage.New strategies are discussed to shape the healthy personality.
