摘要
介绍了澳大利亚政府和高等教育机构针对大学青年教师培养和发展采取的有效措施,结合当前我国地方高校青年教师发展面临的实际问题,探讨了澳大利亚大学青年教师发展对我国地方高校青年教师发展的启示。
The paper introduces the effort to cultivate and promote the development of young college teachers made by Australian government and higher educational institutions.Referring to the practical problems of development facing young teachers in Chinese local universities,the enlightenment of young teachers＇ occupation development in Australian universities is discussed.
