摘要
结合肝胆外科实习护生的临床实习,尝试运用分期带教法改革传统的带教方法,选取实验组采用分期带教和对照组采用传统带教,通过两组进行比较,总结了分期带教法的分期特征、教学要点及评价方法,证明分期教学法提升了护生的临床实习效果。
Combined with the internship of hepatobiliary surgery student nurses,it made attempt to reform the traditional teaching with staging teaching method.This subject compared the results of staging teaching method from the experiment group and that of the traditional teaching method from the controlled group.It is concluded that the staging teaching method could improve the effect of clinical internship of student nurses based on the conclusion of its teaching characteristics,key points and the assessment methods.
