Complete credits system is an overwhelming reform which encouraged the establishment of students＇ individual developing plan,the teachers＇ opening courses on internet,the students＇ selecting teachers and courses on their own,and the tutors＇ instruction on bachelor level.On the other hand,credit system leads to the multiple increase of teaching management workload.This paper explores the building of the informational platform for teaching management to process the marvelous information and exchange the information in time with the characteristics of data sharing,wider coverage,improved flow,and convenience.
