高校领导班子是高校可持续发展的决策者、推动者和组织者,班子的领导执政能力和科学化水平影响着学校的办学方向和发展质量,是制约学校改革发展、创新进步的关键性因素。在我国高等教育改革发展的攻坚阶段,要办人民满意的高等教育教育,必须立足实际、解放思想、把握机遇,不断加强领导班子的思想建设和办学能力建设,推动学校教育事业健康可持续发展。

Leadership in colleges and universities is the decision maker, promoter and organizer of the sustainable development in colleges and universities. The leadership ability of the team, as well as its scientific level affects the direction and development of school quality, and is also the key factor in the reform and development, the innovation and progress of the school. In the crucial stage of the reform and development of higher education in our country, the establishment of higher education to people~ satisfaction must be based on facts, which involves emancipating the mind, seizing the opportunities, strengthening leadership ideology construction and ability construction, and promoting healthy and sustainable development of school education.
