在简单介绍新三板市场及其功能定位的基础上,对新三板企业可采用的融资渠道的效果进行了分析评价,对近年来新三板挂牌进行融资的现状与特点进行了统计分析,认为新三板市场融资功能还未能得到充分发挥,在此基础上就如何进一步促进新三板市场融资功能的发挥提出了建议。

By briefly introducing the new San Ban market and its function orientation, the paper makes an analysis and evaluation of the effect of the financing channels that can be adopted by the new San Ban enterprises. Through the statistical analysis of the present situation and the characteristics of new San Ban enterprises in recent years, the paper argues that the new San Ban market financing function has not been brought into full play, and thereby puts forward suggestions on how to further promote the new San Ban market financing function.
