提高师资队伍的素质和能力是加快建设高水平大学的有效举措。以教师需要为视角,对高水平大学建设进程中的工会组织如何发挥优势和有所作为进行了探讨。
Improving the quality and ability of the teaching staff is an effective measure to speed up the construction of high-level universities. The paper explores he advantages and new functions of trade union organizations in the process of constructing high-level universities from the perspective of teachers＇ needs.
