党校是领导干部加强党性锻炼的熔炉,承担着党的理论学习、研究、宣传的重要职能。但目前在党校的教育培训工作中,传统文化教育却没有得到应有的重视。因此,要从"转变思想观念,充分认识加强传统文化教育的重要意义""加强师资队伍建设,提高传统文化教育的专业化水平""创新教育培训模式,增强传统文化教育的实效性"等方面,充分发扬传统文化的魅力,用传统文化来提升各级领导干部的综合素质,为实现中国梦奠定坚实基础。
