摘要
以1.2MW水平轴风力机为例,基于Willson理论对其叶片进行设计,再采用三次样条插值函数对设计所得叶片参数进行修正。针对修正前后两组叶片数据分别建模,采用CFD技术分别对两组模型进行数值模拟,然后从风轮流场压力和风速两方面对数值模拟结果进行对比分析。通过对修正前后模型叶轮的功率、压力、流场特性进行比较,得出修正后叶轮模型气动性能优于原始叶轮模型的结论。
In the case of 1.2 MW horizontal axis wind turbine , it designs the wind turbine blades based on the Willson theory , improves the blade parameters with cubic spline interpolation function .It establishes the models separately for the two sets of blades data before and after correction , simulates the two models by CFD technolo-gy , analyzes the simulation results on the wind wheel flow field pressure and wind velocity .Comparing the cor-rected impeller model of the power , pressure , flow field characteristics with the uncorrected data , it provides that the corrected aerodynamic performance of impeller mode is much more advanced than the original data .
