阐述了超临界CO2流体特性,超临界表面清洗的原理、工艺以及在清洗过程中的独到优势,概述了超临界CO2流体在半导体微电子、精密机械以及其他领域清洗行业中的研究进展与应用,并对超临界清洗技术未来发展趋势进行了展望。
It expounds the character of supercritical CO 2 and principle of the cleaning process as well as the u-nique advantage in the cleaning process .It describes the application of supercritical CO 2 fluid in the cleaning in-dustry as semiconductor microelectronics ,precision machinery and puts forward the application prospect of super-critical cleaning technology .
