摘要
火箭撬试验滑轨是一种大型地面动态模拟试验设备,火箭撬试验对滑轨的直线精度要求达到一百万分之一,因此对火箭撬滑轨的安装调试提出了极高的要求。传统的全站仪及电子水准仪很难满足火箭撬滑轨对安装测量的精度要求,而激光跟踪仪的快速发展为高精度的直线测量提供了条件。本文运用激光跟踪仪对我国新建长达9 km的某火箭撬滑轨的轨道安装进行测量调试,现场试验表明激光跟踪仪完全满足对轨道安装的精度要求,对以后拓宽激光跟踪仪在工程领域的应用奠定基础。
Rocket sled Test slide is a large ground dynamic simulation test equipment, the precision of rocket sled test for linear rails required to achieve millionth, so the rocket sled rail installation made high demands. The traditional total station and electronic level is difficult to meet rocket sled rail installation measurement accuracy, thanks to the large-size three-dimensional measuring machine--the rapid development of laser tracker and is widely used in industrial measurement field. This paper uses a rocket sled rail laser tracker on China' s new 9 km rail installation of measuring debugging, rocket sled test successful show that laser tracker fully meet the requirements of track installation accuracy, lay the foundation for future widening application of laser tracker in engineering field.
