摘要
传统的涡旋液压泵在工作过程中会形成吸液腔、压液腔、排液腔,由于液体的可压缩性很小,因此在压缩过程中会产生困油现象,解决困油现象常用的方法是通过开设泄压口,但是这种方法对油液的粘稠度、电机的转速有很高的要求,工作中还会产生运转不平稳、输出不稳定等问题,大大影响了涡旋液压泵的性能。本研究通过对基圆渐开线的进一步研究,使型线在啮合过程中只形成吸液腔和排液腔,从而使输液过程不产生困油现象;再对其容积特性进行计算分析,得出了涡旋液压泵在运动过程中容积变化呈线性关系,由此可知涡旋盘运转平稳,输出稳定,可靠性高,从而改善了传统的液压泵设计和工作中所产生的问题,提高涡旋液压泵的工作性能。
The traditional scroll hydraulic pumps can produce suction fluid cavity, pressure fluid cavity and hydraulic discharge chamber when they are working. For the compressibility of the hydraulic is so small that the compression process always produce hydraulic impact phenomenon. The way to solve the hydraulic impact phenomenon is through opening pressure relief port, but this way has high requirement for the oil viscosity and the speed of the electrical machine. During working process, it can also emerge unsteady operate and instable output problems etc, which affect the property of the scroll hydraulic pumps seriously. This paper makes the further studies about the involute of base circle. We making the scroll profile only form suction hydraulic cavity and drainage hydraulic cavity in the meshing process, so that the conveying hydraulic of process does not produce hydraulic extruding phenomenon. Moreover, we calculate and analyze its characteristics of the volume, the result show that the scroll hydraulic pump of volume change has a linear relation in the process of movement. It can be seen that the scroll plate operates steadily, outputs stably, and has high reliability, thus improving the problems of the design and operating of the traditional scroll hydraulic pumps, and improving the working performance of the scroll hydraulic pumps.
