摘要
针对飞机空速管产生的裂纹故障,进行了外观检查、化学成分分析、金相组织观察、力学性能分析及断口形貌分析,确定空速管裂纹的性质和产生原因。结果表明:空速管的化学成分正常、力学性能及金相组织符合要求;空速管的裂纹为微动疲劳磨损产生的裂纹。采用等强度设计或减小铆接孔前端零件尺寸的办法,可避免微动疲劳裂纹的产生,减少类似故障的发生。
The crack was occurred on the pitot probe of aeroengine. Crack mode well as failure reasons were identified by the examination of failed pitot probe appearance, chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis , mechanical properties analysis and analysis of fracture surface. The results show that the chemical composition was normal, mechanical properties and microstructure of the pitot met the requirements; The crack of the pitot probe was occurred by fretting fatigue. With the ways of designing equal strength or decreasing the front riveting holes front size to avoid produce fretting fatigue cracks and reduce the similar failure.
