Nuclear power utilization is an inevitable choice for the development of energy science and technology civilization of human. As a kind of clean and low-carbon energy, nuclear energy plays an irreplaceable role in optimizing the energy structure, promoting energy-saving, discharge reduction and reducing resource constraints. But it is inevitably to face the risk of nuclear safety during the application of nuclear energy.
