Discussion on 3 Issues Related to Structure Safety in Nuclear Safety Regulation

说明并强调了核电厂构筑物安全的重要性;通过对近几年来发生在核电厂的超设计基准事件进行总结,归纳了这几次重大事件给核安全监管带来的启示,从而提出了在核安全监管中值得关注的与构筑物安全直接相关的3个重要问题;并就我国目前对这些问题的研究进展情况进行了介绍,进而为后续核电厂构筑物的安全监管提出建议。

This paper highlights the importance of structure safety of nuclear power plants, raises 3 major issues in terms of nuclear safety regulation with the reflection of several significant beyond design basis events over the recent years, introduces the current progress of the research on the 3 issues and put forward the recommendations for further nuclear safety regulation.
