In order to ensure the implementation of the duties obligated by laws and regulations, completion of the regulation with standardization, effectiveness and efficiency and maintenance of the quality of regulation, it is necessary for nuclear safety regulatory authorities to establish a practical management system. This paper introduces the methods and measures to establish an integrated management system within a regulatory body with focusing on several issues to be addressed in the process, so as to provide some references on the establishment and improvement of the management system of regulatory authorities.
