摘要 针对600MW超临界空冷机组冷态启动过程能耗高的问题,提出使用汽泵前置泵上水、有效利用等离子点火装置、提高高压缸预暖温度、缩短冷态冲洗时间、合理投用空冷岛等冷态启动优化措施,分析优化效果,认为这些措施在保障安全的前提下,降低了启动能耗。 The paper analyzes the high energy consumption of the original supercritical air cooling unit in the cold start-up process ,proposes the optimized measures such as :supplying water by steam pump preset pump to the boilers ,effectively using the plasma ignition device ,raising the pre-heat temper-ature of the high pressure cylinders ,reducing the cold wash-ing time ,employing the air cooling island reasonably in win-ter ,etc ,analyzes the optimization effects ,this paper consid-ers that the measures can reduced energy consumption on the premise of safety .
