摘要
目的 由铜构建的 32测量电极 ,安置于人体胸部 ,观察肺呼吸时胸部电阻率的变化情况 .方法 用铜片制成 32电极 ,固定于成年健康男性胸部进行测量 ,用等位线反投影算法对数据进行图像重构计算 .结果 获得了胸部电阻率在肺呼吸时的变化图像 ,图像显示肺在呼吸前后 ,肺部区域电阻率变化最为明显 .结论 用铜实现的电极系统可以进行电阻抗断层成像 (EIT) ,而且 EIT功能成像的特点也得到了进一步证实 .
AIM To construct a thoracic electrical impedance tomography (EIT) measurement system which is based on 32-electrode made of Copper, and to explore the correlation between thoracic resistivity change and volume of air breathed. METHODS In vivo measurement of the impedance of healthy adult thorax was made under dynamic conditions. The dynamic images about the resistivity of thorax changes were reconstructed by means of backprojecting algorithm. RESULTS Several images of thoracic resistivity variations during lung ventilation were obtained, which showed the regions of high corresponding to the two lungs. CONCLUSION Suitability of this electrode system has been demonstrated and the ability of function imaging of EIT has been corroborated as well.
