摘要
本研究通过γ射线照射和亚硝基胍交替处理 ,诱变出一株纤维素酶高产菌株T80 1 ,与出发菌株相比 ,其产酶能力提高 1 77倍。通过对诱变菌株产纤维素酶条件研究发现 ,以稻草粉为碳源、蛋白胨为氮源时 ,菌株产酶最高。该菌株产酶最适培养温度为 2 8℃~ 30℃ ,最适培养 pH为 4 8~ 5 0 ,在此条件下发酵五天达到产酶高峰。该诱变株产酶能力高于国内外一些已知的纤维素酶高产菌株如QM941 4等 ,具有重大的实用价值。
Trichoderma kningii T\|801,which can produce relatively high cellulase,was isolated.The ability of producing cellulase of mutant T\|801 had increased 1 77 times after treated with nitrousguanide and γ ray and was higher than that of Trichoderma QM9414 The medium with straw powder as carbon source and peptone as nitrogen source is optimal and the maximum cellulase activity is reached at 30℃ and pH5 0 when cultured for 5days.
