摘要
肝胆在脏腑气化功能中起着重要作用。主要表现在五个方面 :肝升肺降、治节有权 ,木敷心和、血运畅达 ,木疏土达、纳运如常 ,木和肾充、开合自如 ,木气疏调、三焦司职。
Liver and gallbladder play an important role in functional activities of Qi in viscera.The liver has the function of smoothing and regulating the flow of vital energy and blood.The function of the liver has five important aspects:①The liver assists the lungs in clearing the inspired air and ensuring a downward flow.②The liver assists the heart in controlling blood circulation.③The liver is beneficial to the spleen by assisting in sending water and food essence up,and also helps the stomach in sending food contents down.④The liver assists the kidney in regulating water metabolism and maintaining fluid balance in the body.⑤The liver also assists the sanjiao in performing all physiological functions.
