Research on the Relationship between Emerging Capital Investment and Enterprise Performance

以2012年我国上市公司年度报告为研究样本,应用结构方程构建技术资本、信息资本、知识资本与企业绩效之间的关系模型,探讨各新兴资本对企业绩效的影响路径及作用程度,并对路径关系进行检验。实证分析结果表明,新兴资本与企业绩效之间具有一定的因果关系,其中,技术资本对知识资本、技术资本对信息资本、知识资本对企业绩效均通过显著性检验,但信息资本对企业绩效的影响未达显著水平。

Taking 2012 China listed Corporations＇ report as the research sample, this paper builds a rela- tionship model between technology capital, information capital, knowledge capital and enterprise perform- ance in the application of structural equation, analyzes the influencing paths of emerging capitals on enter- prise performances, and tests their relationships. The empirical results show that the causal relationship be- tween emerging capitals and enterprise performance is significant. Among them, the effect of technology cap- ital on knowledge capital and information capital and the effect of knowledge capital on enterprise perform- ance are significant, but the impact of information capital on enterprise performance is not significant.
