安痔注射液2期临床研究

THE SECOND STAGE CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF ANZHI INJECTION

目的 :客观地评价安痔注射液治疗各期内痔和静脉曲张型混合痔的疗效及安全性。方法 :采用一次性注射疗法 ,观察 10d ,并与消痔灵对照。结果 :治疗组 30例 ,痊愈 2 8例 ,痊愈率 93.33% ;对照组 30例 ,痊愈 2 4例 ,痊愈率 80 .0 0 %。结论 :安痔注射液疗效高于对照药消痔灵注射液 (P <0 .0 5)。

Objective:To assess objectively the therapeutic effect and security of Anzhi injection in the treatment of different stage internal hemorrhoid and varicose mixed hemorrhoid.Method:One dose injection therapy was used,observed for 10d,compared with that of Xiaozhiling injection.Result:30 cases in treatment group,28 cases were cured,the curative rate was 93.33%;30 cases in control group,24 cases were cured,the curative rate was 80.00%.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Anzhi injection was better than that of Xiaozhiling injection (P<0.05).
