摘要
阐述了某钨矿山矿产资源综合利用的应用实践,从矿山现有资源利用现状入手,分析了矿区周边堆积的废矿、表外矿石、采矿、选矿、水资源等方面的问题,提出了技术上可行、经济上合理地重新圈定矿体边界,改变采矿方式和改进采矿方法,改进选矿工艺,实施钨钼铋多金属综合回收,水资源循环利用,加强生产管理等对策。提高了矿产资源综合利用率,从而达到矿山生产低成本、高效率,持续健康发展。
This paper introduces some measures of integrated utilization of mineral resources in a tungsten mine by focusing on ore type, key elements of ore deposit, mineral composition and quantitative analysis of useful mineral component. These measures include quantitative analysis of mineral element, water reuse, poly-metallic ore reuse and the transformation of technique process. They can promote the utilization of precious mineral resources by analyzing the technically feasible and economically reasonable mining method and proper dressing process. It is also of significance to advance the production organization management, to raise the resource utilization level by recycling waste ore.
