摘要
目的 :研究绞股蓝总皂苷 ( gypenosides ,GPs)对小鼠Lewis肺癌肿瘤生长、脾淋巴细胞数及NK细胞活性的影响。方法 :采用整体动物的抑瘤试验、脾淋巴细胞计数及NK细胞活性测定。结果 :GPs对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞具有明显的抑制作用 ,在剂量 10、2 0、4 0mg/kg腹腔注射 (ip)给药条件下 ,其瘤重抑制率 (TWI)分别为 ( 2 9.8± 1.3) %、 ( 51.4± 2 .2 ) %和 ( 50 .0± 1.6) %。同时 ,GPsip给药后荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞总数明显增加 ,外周血NK细胞活性明显升高 ,脾NK细胞活性也明显升高。结论 :GPs的抗肿瘤作用与其对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的增强作用密切相关。
Objective:To study the effects of Gypenosides(GPs) on neoplasm growth,total number of splenic cells and NK cell activity.Method:Anti-tumor experiment in mice was carried out and the total number of splenic cells and NK cell activity were determined.Result:GPs could significantly inhibit the growth of Lewis lung cancer in mice.The tumor weight inhibiting(TWI)rates was (29.8±1.3)%,(51.4±2.2)% and (50.0±1.6)% after ip GPs 10,20 and 40mg/kg,respectively.The total number of splenic cells and the NK cell activity of both peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL) and splenic cells were elevated.Conclusion:The anti-tumor effect of GPs is related to the elevated immunological function of tumor-grafted mice.
