摘要
分析了6CJZ-135型静电拣梗机的茶梗分离装置,利用非接触式静电传感器对分离装置摩擦滚筒的表面静电电位进行测试,得到了16个数据组共9 600个静电电位数据,通过对测试数据的分析对比,探讨该静电场的均匀稳定性及其对拣梗率的影响,并提出了提高拣梗率的相关措施。
The tea stalk separating device of 6CJZ-135 Electrostatic Stalk Sorting Machine is analyzed. the electrostatic potential on the surface of frictional roller of the separating device is tested using non-contact electrostatic sensors, with a total of 9,600 electrostatic potential data of 16 sets of data obtained. Through the analysis and comparison of tested data, the effect of the uniform stability of the electrostatic field on the stalk sorting rate is discussed, with relevant measures for improving the stalk sorting rate presented.
