Experiment of Embryonic Implantation of Table Purpose Breeding Goat in Ningxia

本试验于 2 0 0 0年 9～ 11月 ,在宁夏肉用种羊场共超排处理萨福克、陶赛特和布尔山羊纯种母羊 16只 ,超排有效 14只 ,超排有效率 87.5% ;获黄体数 12 7个 ,回收卵 10 7枚 ,回收率 84 .3% ,可用胚 85枚 ,平均 6.1枚 /只 ,鲜胚移植受体羊 35只 ,冻胚移植受体羊 3只 ,第一情期返情 5只 ,不返情率 86.8%。

During September to November of the year 2000, 16 pure-bred she-goats of Suffolk, Dorset Down and Boer goat were treated with superovulation in table purpose breeding goat farm of Ningxia. The effective superovulations were 14 and the effective rate was 87.5%. 127 lutoids were obtained and 107 ovas were recovered and the recovery rate was 84.3% . The usable embryoes were 85, 6.1 embryoes per she-goat averagely. Fresh embryoes were transplanted to 35 she-goats and frozen embryoes were transplanted to 3 she-goats. Among them 5 she-goats showed recurrence of estrus during the first heat period and 86.8% of them didn't show recurrence of estrus.
