Try to survey the overtreatment behaviour from view of ethics, economics and law which are based on collecting policy documents, typical cases, conventional statistic information and related literature in the nation and abroad. It puts forward that the effective measures should to be come out, standard treatment behaviour of medical staffs, contain overtreatment, reduce unreasonable medical expenses, and which is excellent opportunity of deepening the implementation of medical reform in later medical reform age.
