摘要
阐述了本科院校教研专业素养的具体要求,对提升本科医学教师专业素养提出了加强师德修养、增强专业知识及技能积累、加强对教师教学能力的培养等建议。
This paper describes specific requirements to undergraduate teaching professional literacy. It suggests to undergraduate medical teachers that to strengthen teachers’ moral cultivation, professional knowledge and skill accumulation, training of teachers＆#39; teaching ability and so on.
