摘要
目的探讨3.0T MRI-DTI技术多参数值评价原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)视路损害程度的检测价值。方法对30例原发性开角型青光眼患者及35例健康人行DTI检查。原始图像后处理重建DTI参数图,测量视神经、视放射的平均DTI参数图。结果①视神经、视放射Dav值与POAG临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);FA值与POAG临床分期呈负相关(P<0.05);视神经VrA值与POAG临床分期呈负相关(P<0.05);RA值与POAG临床分期无相关性(P>0.05)。②与匹配的正常人对比,青光眼视神经与视放射差值分析Dav、FA、RA、VrA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DTI部分参数值可以用来判断原发性开角型青光眼视路损害的严重程度。
Objective To evaluate the disease severity of visual pathway injuries in primary open angle glaucoma using DTI - derived parameters. Methods 30 patients with POAG and 35 age - matched healthy volunteers were examined by DTI sequence and normal MRI sequence. All the original data were processed by GE workstation. The correlation between the POAG group and the clinical stages were made. P 〈 0. 05 is statistically meaningful. Results The Dav was correlated with HAP glaucoma stage ( r = 0. 73, P 〈 0.01),(r= 0.70,P〈0.05);FA (r= -0.79,P〈0.05),(r= -0.76,P〈0.05),Optic nerveVrA (r= -0.28,P〈0.05);Awas not correlated with HAP glaucoma stage ( r = 0. 15, P 〉 0.05 ), ( r = 0. 05, P 〉 0. 05 ). Compared with normal groups, the optic nerve presented more severe injuries than that of the optic radiation Day (t =2. 35 ,P 〈0.05),FA (t =2. 15,P 〈0.05),RA (t =2. 10,P 〈 0.05 ), VrA ( t = 2.23, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The study indicates that varying degrees of degenerative changes happen to optic nerve, optic radiation about the POAG.
