高校学生工作与学校社会工作的关系研究——基于辅导员工作现状调研

Study on the Relationship Between College Students Work and School Social Work——Based on a Survey of the Counselors' Current Working Situation

随着当今大学生学业外诸多问题的凸显,学校社会工作逐渐受到教育界和学术界的重视,如何将其引入到高校学生工作中成为了一项新的课题。本文基于对20所高校辅导员的问卷调查,实证分析高校学生工作于学校社会工作的关系,寻找二者结合的理论依据。

In this paper, the author analyzes the relationship between college students work and school social work based on a questionnaire survey of 20 universities, and tries to find the theoretical foundation.
