民办高校董事会领导下的校长负责制探析

On the President Responsibility System of Private Colleges under the Leadership of the Board of Directors

由于《民办教育促进法》的推行,董事会领导下的校长负责制已成为我国民办高校普遍采用的内部管理体制。但这种管理体制在民办高校管理实践中究竟怎样有效地运行,仍需要从理论上进行深入研究。本文在对董事会与校长职权进行分析的基础上,对民办高校董事会领导下的校长负责制的内涵进行了解读,并提出了改善董事会领导下的校长负责制运行机制的基本策略。

This paper interprets the connotation of the president responsibility system basic on an analysis ofthe functions and powers of the board of directors and the principal in private colleges under the leadership of the board of directors. Then it puts forward the operating mechanism of basic strategies of the President responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors.
