摘要
通过Aspen Plus灵敏度分析工具对氯化氢精馏塔的塔板数、进料位置及回流比对产品纯度及热负荷的影响进行了分析和优化,最后通过使用设计规定工具使优化后的精馏塔满足氯化氢的分离要求,并得到了塔内温度以及气液相组成的变化规律。
By using Aspen Plus sensitivity analysis tool, the impact of stage numbers, feeding position and reflux ratio on product purity and heat duty of column was analyzed and optimized. Finally, by using design specifications tool, hydrogen chloride separation requirements of the optimized column was meet and the variation law of the temperature and the compo- sition of gas and liquid phase in column were also obtained.
