起搏器囊袋并发症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of pocket complications in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation

目的探讨永久心脏起搏器患者发生囊袋并发症的可能原因、与年龄关系及处理策略。方法选择2003年9月-2013年8月我院置入永久起搏器患者182例，分析囊袋并发症发生原因。结果发生起搏器囊袋血肿12例，总发生率为6．6％，其中≥80岁6例，发生率为6．5％；〈80岁6例，发生率为6．5％；囊袋破溃及感染2例，总发生率1．1％，其中≥80岁1例，发生率1.1％；〈80岁1例，发生率1．1％。结论80岁以上与80岁以下患者的总体囊袋并发症发生率相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。而加深对起搏器囊袋并发症原因的了解，积极预防和及时处理，可将其风险减到最低。

Objective To evaluate the causes, the treatment strategies of pocket complications and relationship with age in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods The records of 182 patients with pacemak- ers implantation were reviewed. The pocket complications of the patients were analyzed. Results There were 12 patients （6.6%） occurred pocket hematoma, 6 cases （6.5%） over 80 years old, 6 cases （6.7%）under 80 years old. There were 2 patients （1.1%） occurred pocket infection, 1 case （1.1%） over 80 years old, 1 case （1. 1%）under 80 years old. Conclusion There is no statistical difference in incidence of pocket complications between patients aged above and below 80 years old. Deep understanding, active prevention, timely treatment of the pacemaker pocket complications could re- duce the risk of complications.
