摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环模式在产科优质护理服务中应用效果.方法:将2011年7月~2012年10月我院614例住院产妇设为观察组,实施PDCA循环模式的优质护理服务;将我院2010年2 月~2011年5月587例住院产妇设为对照组,实施常规护理.对比两组医患满意度和基础护理合格率.结果:将PDCA循环应用于产科优质护理后,产妇满意度由84.16%上升至95.43%,医师满意度由85.44%上升至97.08%,基础护理合格率则由69.23%上升至96.15%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PDCA循环运用于产科优质护理服务中效果良好,提高了医患满意度,值得临床推广.
Objective:To investigate the effect of adopting PDCA circling management in high quality care of clinical care. Methods:614 partufients hospi- talized from July 2011 to October 2012 were enrolled as observation group, and 587 parturients hospitalized from February 2010 to May 2011 were enrolled as control group. The satisfaction degree of patients and doctors, the qualification rate of primary care were compared. Results : After used the PDCA circling to the high quality nursing service in obstetrics department, the satisfaction degree of patients rose from 84.16% to 95.43%, the satisfaction degree of doc- tors rose from 85.44% to 97.08% , and the qualification rate of primary care rose from 69.23% to 96.15% ,the differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : Using the PDCA circling to the high quality nursing service can benefit for promotion of clinical care and improvement of the satisfac- tion degree of patients and doctors, and should be extended in clinical application.
