巡更棒在手术管理中的运用效果评价

Evaluation application effect of patrolling rod in operation management

目的：探讨巡更棒在手术管理中的运用效果,提高手术室工作效率.方法：将2011年9～11月第一台择期手术患者902例设为对照组,2012年9～11月第一台择期手术患者912例设为巡更棒组.对照组按常规的手术管理,巡更棒组手术的整个过程在常规管理的基础上增加巡更棒参与管理（手术组工作人员在规定的工作内容中,按照要求把工作中的时间、地点及情况自动准确记录下来）.对比两组患者第一台择期手术按时率.结果：运用巡更棒管理后第一台择期手术的按时率明显高于对照组,经比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：巡更棒的运用能有效监督手术患者的转运及手术整个过程,规范医疗行为,提高手术效率和医患双方的满意度.

Objective ： To observe the effect of patrolling rod in the operation management , to improve work efficiency in operation room. Methods ： From Sep- tember to November in 2011, the first elective operation 902 patients as control group, from September to November in 2012 the first elective operation 912 cases as patrolling rod group. In the control group routine operation management, the whole process of patrolling rod group operation, in addition to the routine management, increased patrolling rod （ operation group involved in the management of the staff working in the content of the provisions ,in accordance with the requirements of the time, place and circumstances in the work automatically and accurately recorded）. On two groups of the first comparison of elective operation time rate. Results：The operation time was patrolling rod group the patrolling rod management after the first selective operation, significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The use of patrolling rod can effectively supervise the operation patients transfer operation, the whole process, to standardize the medical behavior, improve the operation efficiency and both doctors and patients satisfaction.
