碘伏联合维生素B_(12)与50%葡萄糖混合液外敷治疗输液致静脉炎的疗效观察

Curative effect of mixture topical of iodophor combined with Vitamin B 12 and 50% glucose in the treatment with phlebitis caused by infusion

目的:观察碘伏联合维生素B12与50%葡萄糖混合液外敷治疗输液致静脉炎的效果。方法:将我科住院治疗发生输液致静脉炎的患者42例随机等分为常规组和试验组,常规组用0.5%碘伏湿敷,试验组用0.5%碘伏联合维生素B12与50%葡萄糖混合液湿敷。分别监测两组患者的治疗有效率。结果:与常规组相比,试验组患者的疗效显著提高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:0.5%碘伏联合维生素B12与50%葡萄糖混合液外敷静脉炎部位可有效改善患者的静脉炎症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量。

Objective：To observe the effect of mixture topical of iodophor combined with vitamin Bl2 and 50% glucose in the treatment with phlebitis caused by infusion. Methods ：42 patients with phlebitis caused by infusion were randomly divided into the conventional group （n = 21 ） and the experimental group （ n =21 ）. The patients of conventional group were treated with wet compress of 0.5% iodophor. The patients of experimental group were treated with io- dophor combined with vitamin BI2 and 50% glucose. The treatment efficiency of the two groups were monitored. Results：Compared with the conventional group, the efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment of mixture topical of iodophor combined with vitamin BI2 and 50% glucose can greatly improve the symptoms of the patients with phlebitis,reduce the pain and enhance the quality of life.
