摘要 国企很大的问题就是动力问题,怎样使国企的领导和员工都有动力,也未必只有给股份这样的方法,华谊集团这两年推动的就是下属企业经营团队“1+X+Y”考核激励机制,其中,1是基本薪,X是考核薪,Y是激励薪,也就是创造业绩的增量。 One major issue of big state owned enterprises is incentives. How to stimulate managers and employees to be devoted? Equity incentive is not the only way. In recent years, Huayi Brothers Group practices a '1+X+Y' incentive model with its management teams. 1 represents basic pay, X represents performance pay and Y represents incentive pay. The basis of this '1+X+Y' model is to encourage management teams gaining rewards while creating value for the company. With clear objectives and rewards by merits, the model is suitable to stimulate internal energy and vitality of the company.
