摘要
大学生化工设计竞赛是课堂通往工程实际和工作岗位的一个重要平台。我们将化工设计竞赛与实践教学体系结合,从教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核方式、师资建设、竞赛组织等方面展开提高人才培养质量的探索与实践。实践证明,竞赛成绩提高的同时也提高了教学质量,并最终提高了人才培养质量,由此可以探索出独立学院培养高素质应用型人才的一条重要途径。
College Chemical Engineering Design Competition is an important platform to the classroom for engineering practice and jobs. Exploration and practice were made to improve the quality of talent train ing from the teaching content, teaching method, evaluation methods, teaching staff construction to com- petition organization through combination of competition and practice teaching system. It is a good meth- od for training high quality talents in independent college.
