机械设计课程中“滑动轴承”部分的教学方法探讨

摘要 机械设计课程中滑动轴承部分内容的教学一直是教学的难点之一。笔者根据多年的教学实践,以知识的系统性为原则,归纳了滑动轴承部分内容的教学逻辑;从雷诺方程的推导方法和推导过程,介绍了如何使学生真正理解液体动压滑动轴承工作原理的教学方法;从非液体润滑的滑动轴承设计、液体润滑滑动轴承的设计和滑动轴承的结构参数确定三个方面,系统介绍了如何对滑动轴承设计方法进行教学。详细阐述了在上述每一部分内容的教学过程中的注意事项。 Journal bearing is one of the difficult parts of teaching in the course of mechanical design. Ac- cording to years' teaching experience and knowledge system, the authors have generalized the teaching logics for journal bearing; introducing the teaching method making students understand the mechanism of hydrodynamic lubrication in journal bearing by developing Reynolds Equation; systematically introducing the design method for journal bearing from 3 aspects of non-fluid lubrication journal bearing, full fluid lu- brication journal bearing and journal bearing structure parameters. The authors also give a detail explana- tion for care issues in every step in teachine: process.
