水分胁迫对菊苣生理生化特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探索不同品种菊苣叶片在水分胁迫下的适应机理,同时为南方喀斯特地区筛选耐旱菊苣提供科学依据,以航天诱变新品系PA-82、PA-43和亲本普那菊苣进行水分胁迫处理,每隔3 d(共测定5次)测定叶片相对含水量(RWC)和水分饱和亏缺(WSD)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化。结果表明:随着水分胁迫时间的增加,叶片相对含水量下降,水分饱和亏缺则相对增加;可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量呈先增加后减少,可溶性蛋白质含量增加。经综合评价,3种菊苣的抗旱能力为PA-82>普那菊苣>PA-43。 In order to explore the mechanism of adaptation to different C. intybus leaf blade under water stress and provide the scientific theo- retical basis for drought-tolerant plant screening in South China Karst region. The space mutation strains PA-82, PA-43 and parent Puna Chicory were cultured under water stress. All measurements were determined in three days intervals, including leaf relative water content, wa- ter saturation deficit, soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline(Pro). The results indicated that leaf relative water content decreased signifi- cantly with the increase of stress time, while water deficit increased. However, soluble sugar and soluble protein raised first and declined con- tinualiy later. Through comprehensive analysis ,it was concluded that the drought resistant abilities of these three C. intybus ordered as PA- 82 〉 Puna Chicory 〉 PA-43.
