摘要
为了解3份具特异优良性状但高感条锈病的人工合成小麦SHW-Z1、SHW-Z2和SHW-Z4感病性的遗传特点,用高抗条锈病的普通小麦材料5157与上述人工合成小麦分别进行正反杂交获得6个杂交组合,对其亲本材料及F1代的条锈病抗性和F2代的条锈病抗感分离情况进行了分析,结果表明:①本研究的普通小麦和人工合成小麦杂交后代的条锈病抗性由多对基因控制,遗传上表现出加-显效应;②SHW-Z1条锈病的抗性改良效果优于SHW-Z2和SHW-Z4;③本研究材料的条锈病抗性基因可能还受到遗传背景的影响。本研究对这3份人工合成小麦的条锈病抗性改良和育种利用提供了理论依据,同时可为相关研究提供参考。
In order to understand the genetic susceptibility to stripe rust of 3 synthetic hexaploid wheat accessions with special propenies,i.e.SHW-Z1,SHW-Z2 and SHW-Z4,the reciprocal crosses were conducted separately between a common wheat strain 5157 which had high resistance to stripe rust and these synthetic hexaploid wheat,and 6 hybrids were obtained.The stripe rust resistance of the F1 generation and their parents were observed,meanwhile,the separatedpercentage of the F2 generation on stripe rust resistance were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that:(i) the stripe rust resitance of the hybrid offsqming from the common wheat 5157 and the synthetic hexaploid whert were controlled by poly-gene,accmding with additive-dominant modeL (ii) SHW-ZI was better more than SHW-Z2 and SHW-Z4 on enhancing resistance to stripe rust.(iii) The resistant genes to stripe rust in this study might also be affected by the genetic background.This study would provided theoretical basis for suipe rust resistance improvement and breeding utilization in these 3 accessions of the synthetic hexaploid wheat and could provide a reference for related reaearch.
