摘要
文章以云南巴西木炭疽病病菌(Colletotrichum Dracaenae-fragrantis sp.)为试材,对其叶部致病菌进行了分离及纯化,从碳源、氮源、pH值、温度、杀菌剂等进行其生物学特性研究。结果表明,该菌菌落生长的最佳碳源是蔗糖,氮源是蛋白胨;菌落生长最适温度为30℃,分生孢子萌发的最适温度25℃;光照对菌落的生长无太大影响,但适当的光照对分生孢子的萌发是有利的;菌落生长的最适pH值为6,分生孢子萌发的最适pH值为7;供试的各种杀菌剂对其抑制效果不显著。
Colletotrichum Dracaenae-fragrantis sp.from Yunnan was used as materials.The effects of carbon and ritmgen source,temperature,photoperiod,pH value and fungicides on the colony growth were studied.The reeults showed the optimum carbon source was mcgse and the optimum nitrogen source was peptone for the colony growth.The optimum temperature for colony expanding was 30 ℃ and for spore germination was 25 ℃.The impact of photoperiod on colony growth had no significant difference between different treatments.However,appropriate light was advantageous for spore germinmion.The optimum pH value was 6 for colony growth and for spore gennination was 7.Inlibition effect of used fungicides had no significant difference.
