摘要
以优质高产新品种‘渝香优203’为材料,分别于2009、2010年在西南稻区6个生态点采用相同的施肥方案,研究稻米品质与环境条件及施肥的关系。结果表明,稻米品质主要受试验地点的制约,施肥对米质影响不大。长宽比、垩白米率和垩白度在绝大部分地区和一般施肥条件可以达到国家优质标准,整精米率和直链淀粉在高海拔地区可达标,胶稠度则在所有试验点及其施肥处理均未达标。通过6项稻米品质指标分别与地理位置、土壤养分及施肥水平的逐步回归分析,探明了影响稻米品质的关键因子。可作为大面积水稻优质栽培的科学依据。
The variations of rice quality of mid-season hybrid rice combintion ‘ Yuxiangyou 203' were studied.Field experiment were conducted with mid-season hybrid rice combintion ‘ Yuxiangyou 203 ' under the condition of different ecological sit~,soil nutrient and nutrient application rates in 2009 and 2010.Experiment data were analyzel by the variance,regression,and partial correlations,the results indicated that rice quality were mainly affected by tested sites,nutrient application not very effective.Ratio of length to width,percentage of chalky rice and chalkiness of rice could be up to the standard of national good quality rice under the condition of most areas and general nutrient application,percentage of head milled rice and amylose must in higher altitude locations,but gel comistency could not be up to the standard of national good quality rice under all nutrient application rates and tested sites.The key factors of effect of ecological sites,soil nutrients and the levels of nutrient application on rice qualities were explored by multiple stepwise regression analysis.The results provided a scientific basis for the good quality rice cultivation for full scale rice production.
