摘要
为了探讨铁核桃幼树与紫花苜蓿间作套种的可能性,采用生物测定法研究了铁核桃根系水浸液对紫花苜蓿幼苗植株生长和土壤养分含量、微生物数量及酶活性的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,铁核桃根系水浸液处理对紫花苜蓿植株生长和生物量无影响;土壤速效氮含量降低了8.3 mg/kg,速效钾含量提高了60.5 mg/kg;降低了土壤脲酶活性,提高了中性磷酸酶的活性;紫花苜蓿生长期内,土壤中微生物以细菌最多,其次是真菌,放线菌最少。根系水浸液处理后,土壤中真菌和放线菌数量增多,而细菌数量减少,均达到显著水平。铁核桃根系水浸液对紫花苜蓿植株生长无抑制作用,但降低了土壤肥力。结论:初步认为铁核桃幼树和紫花苜蓿可以间作套种。
The bioassay method was adopted to study the variation of seedling growth,soil nutrient,microorganism category and enzyme activ ity in soil of M.sativa seedlings,treated in aqueous extract of J.sigillata radication,in order to explore the possibility of interplanting between the seedlings of J.sigillata and M.sativa.The results indicated that there were no effect of aqueous extract of J.sigillata radication on seedling growth and biomass of M.sativa.The content of available N was obviously reduced by 8.3 mg/kg,while available K was improved by 60.5 mg/kg.Compared with the control,the activities of urease was decreased obviously,while the neutral phmphatase was improved; The bacteria quantity in the soil ranked first during the whole growing period of the seedlings,and then were the actinomycete and fungi.With the aqueous extract of radication worked,the quantity of soil fungi and actinomycete were improved significantly,but bacteria was reduced.It had no inhibition to seedling growth of M.satim,but decreased the soil fertility.The conclusion of this experiment preliminary showed the seedlings of J.sigillata and M.sativa were adapted to interplanting.
