摘要
对桉树皮进行营养成分分析和栽培平菇试验,论证其作为食用菌栽培原料的可行性.试验设计9个桉树皮与桑枝屑、棉籽壳不同配比的配方,以桑枝屑与棉籽壳搭配的配方作对照,比较不同配方培养基对平菇菌丝生长及生物学效率的影响.结果表明,平菇在添加不同比例桉树皮的培养基上均能正常生长出菇,在配方①、②、③、⑨上生长速度快,菌丝洁白、粗壮浓密,生物学效率高,广西各地区可以考虑应用20% ~40%比例的桉树皮和桑枝屑搭配进行平菇栽培,以降低生产成本.
Nutrient components of eucalyptus bark were analyzed and the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus was tested to prove its feasibility as raw material for cultivation of edible fungi.In this research,we designed 9 formulas of eucalyptus bark,mulbeny sawdust and cottonseed shell at different ratios.The effects of diffemnt formulas of culture medium on Plmmtus ostreatus mycelium growth rate and biological efficiency were researched.The results showed that P.ostreattu on culture medium with different proportions of eucalyptus bark could grow with normal fruit.On the formulas of ①,②,③ and ⑨,P.osmeams was white,thick and dense with high growth speed and biological efficiency.In Guangxi region,the application of 20 %-40 % ratios of eucalyptus bark and mulberry cuttings may be chosen in order to reduce production costs.
