云南岩白菜资源的形态多样性分析

Analysis of Morphological Diversity of Bergenia purpurascens in Yunnan

对引种栽培的24份云南岩白菜资源的株高、株幅、叶片数、叶长、叶宽、叶长宽比和根状茎直径等7个形态性状进行方差分析和形态聚类分析。结果表明,24份种源间在这7个形态性状上均存在极显著的差异,依据形态聚类所得的树系图并不支持同一产地的不同种源首先聚在一起。说明云南的岩白菜资源间有着丰富的遗传多样性,并且出现了明显的遗传分化和趋同进化。

The seven morphdogical characters such as plant height,plant width,leaf length,leaf width,leaf number,the ratio of leaf length and leaf width,and rhizome diameters of 24 B.purpurascens resources in Yunnan were observed and studied by analysis of variance and duster analysis based on morphological data was conducted.The results showed that there were extremdy significant differences in seven morphological characters among these B.purpumscens resources.The cluster analysis showed that several resources from the same area failed to be grouped together first on the dendrogram.So,B.purpurascens resources in Yunnan have abundant genetic diversity and exhibited obvious genetic differentiation and convergent evolution.
